The ED of Project Hospitality will be joining a dynamic, growing organization that is respected as a leader and innovator in the delivery of social services. She/he must possess a proven ability to execute and bring projects to completion as well as the ability to identify problems and independently design and implement solutions. A successful ED will bring to Project Hospitality creativity, energy, flexibility, and the desire to lead a highly committed team.

• Masters Degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in administrative and infrastructure development with a minimum of five years in a leadership role.
• A proven ability to lead, plan, and manage a large, multi-service, multi-sited agency.
• Significant knowledge in the fields of homeless services, government contracts and Medicaid with broader knowledge around supportive and affordable housing.
• Strong executive management and organizational skills.
• An ability to develop, manage and assess budgets and financial reports in conjunction with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
• Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing, with individuals and groups regarding complex and sensitive issues.
• Comfortable initiating new programs, able to work self-directed, with support from the CEO, have good instincts and a willingness to ask for help when required.
• A creative and energetic personality with strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish would be a plus.
