Diller Teen Fellows (Managing Director)

The Managing Director will assume significant authority for ensuring programmatic success on a day-to-day basis. This includes overseeing the continued conceptualizing, development and refinement of all programming elements and methods, as well as contributing to the ongoing development of Diller’s mission, vision, and values. The Managing Director will work closely with, and report to, the Executive Director to develop a more high-level staff culture, including professional development, enrichment and excellence; to create mission alignment of all programming; to ensure effective and efficient program delivery; and to maintain and enhance relationships with program stakeholders and partners.

The Managing Director will also have significant supervisory and people management roles, directly supervising two positions, and managing the work of the program’s nine member education team. In addition to working with staff and the Executive Director, the Managing Director will maintain a working relationship with other members on the leadership team as well as community partners.

The Managing Director will be based in the Diller Teen Fellows San Francisco office. The position requires up to 10 weeks of travel annually, including a minimum of up to four weeks in Israel each summer.
