"Having
worked in nonprofit organizations and been members of nonprofit
Boards, we recognize that what search committees want is confidence
in our expertise and judgment . . . and in our capability
to conduct and complete top level searches. We´ve developed
an approach and the resources designed to build that confidence.
Our references and referrals speak volumes about the results."

David E. Edell, President

|
|
David E. Edell
and Linda Low founded DRG in 1987 in response to their concern about
the personnel crisis in the nonprofit sector.
Throughout their
careers, they have tirelessly served the nonprofit community and
have recognized the need to expand the pool of professional talent
to service the nonprofit sector. They know the pivotal role that
talented professional leaders play in an organization´s success.
The networks, systems, and services they offer enable DRG´s
clients to meet and hire talented, high-achieving professionals.
They have paved the way for skilled professionals to move into new
nonprofit fields and for private sector professionals to be introduced
to opportunities in the nonprofit sector. Together, and with their
seasoned team of consultants, they possess an unmatched "intelligence
network" of professional contacts and expertise in nonprofit executive
search and nonprofit leadership.
