Vice President of Development and Community Engagement
(Rockville, MD). Charles E. Smith Life Communities (CESLC) is one of the largest and most highly regarded nonprofit elder care organizations in the nation. Originally founded in 1910 as the Hebrew Home for the Aged, CESLC now serves 1,100 older adults daily in multiple residences situated on its beautiful 38-acre campus in Rockville, Maryland. The Vice President is tasked with leading all fundraising programs and strategy development in alignment with the Board of Governors, key stakeholders, CESLC senior management member, and the philanthropic community.

It currently serves over 1,200 children and adults throughout the Hudson Valley region of New York State. Abilities First seeks a CPO to act as the central figure directing the programmatic portfolio ensuring excellence, innovation and sustainability. Chief Financial Offier
(Washington, DC). The Edlavitch DCJCC provides uniquely urban educational, social, cultural and fitness programs to the DC community. The center is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO to manage growth and change. Aileen Chumard has been appointed President and CEO of Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Gardens. With a strong arts programming background, Chumard comes to Snug Harbor having most recently served as Executive Director of Programs and Exhibits for the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporations. Chumard follows Lynn Kelly, whom DRG placed 6 years go, who recently left Snug Harbor to serve as Executive Director of New Yorkers for Parks. Search led by David Hinsley Cheng.

DRG is pleased to announce Phil Lussier as the new CEO of Make-A-Wish Metro New York and Western New York. Lussier has extensive experience with strategy and planning as well as managing teams. His 35-year professional career has been primarily in the financial services industry; He previously served as the Principal of Crow Point Partners and as Chairman and CEO of CitiStreet. As a non-profit leader, he has served on the Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island board from 2003-2009, and the Make-A-Wish National Board from 2009-2015, including two years as national board chair. DRG recruits Felice Wagner to serve as Executive Director and General Counsel of the Network of Trial Law Firms. Wagner, a former practicing attorney, is an internationally recognized legal industry executive with a proven track record of building new businesses, launching unique products and groundbreaking initiatives, developing high-performing national teams, and driving client relationships and revenue growth. Before joining the Network, she served as Director Of Sales And Business Development at Berger Singerman LLP. She has also served as Chief Business Development Officer of the international legal service provider Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP. This search was conducted by DRG Managing Partner David Hinlsey Cheng and Senior Associate Kelsey Blagdon.
