2011 DRG YEAR IN REVIEW
December 2011
For DRG and our clients, 2011 has been a very exciting year. Our consultants
have been privileged to work with committed boards and search committees
as well as some of the most talented professionals in the nonprofit sector.
We have enjoyed our work as consultants with organizations in leadership
transitions and with professionals as they consider new career opportunities.
Most gratifying is sharing the excitement when our client organization and
talented professional join together with a goal of advancing their work
to the "next stage" of making a difference.

During 2011, we expanded our consulting team with new recruitment consultants
and research associates to meet the growing interest in our services. In
